Soft Pathway is a not-for-profit organization to help people who have been diagnosed with and treated for depression and/or anxiety or related problems.

In essence the Soft Pathway groups provide a safe and relaxed environment for people to share their journeys; They are not intended to provide anybody’s only therapy; They are intended to provide support and encouragement while their primary individual care is provided by their doctor or other professional.  The groups have already provided this for many people and we are certain they will do so for many more.  The groups are facilitated by trained volunteers experienced in depression and anxieties.
